O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!

I planned a restful day on Sunday. A time to refresh and reset.

I took great pleasure in reading and relaxing. Doing household chores. Sitting down to capture some ideas in writing, so I could work with them some more later.

What I did really well today was set my pace. Everything flowed, nothing was rushed. I took control of my time.

It was not an exciting day. I did not achieve anything heroic. But I did find some joy in everything I did. It was a day of smiling.
