Be kind, unwind.

You might not remember, but when you rented a video from a video shop, you were encouraged to rewind the tape before you played it back. Slogans around the store said, "Be kind, rewind."

Leaving the tape ready for the next person to play was polite. And it meant that the store would have to do it. Sometimes, not rewinding would incur a fine.

These days, I think we need to do the same. It takes a little time to relax and return to a state ready to play or work on the next thing.

Give yourself a break - large or small.
